Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
